  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to the address provided. Please include your RMA number in the package.
4. Shipping Costs
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: The refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunds will be provided in cash or via another agreed-upon payment method.
